Signature at Yishun is an executive condo. Single SPR or SC is only eligible to purchase after they fulfill 5 years minimum occupation period which will be this coming July (2022).

You are not eligible to purchase if you wish to purchase any available units that obtained special approval to sell right now.

Will you consider units in the private segment?

1. Signature At Yishun TOP date is July 2017 so you only eligible to purchase after they fulfill 5 years MOP (minimum occupation period) which will be this coming July 2022.

2. Do you intend to take loan for your purchase?
If yes, Before shortlisting project/unit, I will suggest to check your in principal approval of your loan from banker.

3. Based on $1 mill, and assuming loan is 75%
5% Cash = $50,000
20% Cash/CPF = $200,000
BSD (Cash/CPF) = $24,600
ABSD (Cash/CPF) = might apply
